Description:

Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting to discuss the two modifications to the Boston Landing Project that are being requested: (i) the First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Development Plan for the Sports Facility Project for PDA No. 87 (the “First Amendment”) contains approximately 4.03 acres (approximately 175,645 square feet) of land area located on the south side of Guest Street. (the “Project Site”). The First Amendment requests adding two uses (a) Day Care Use and (b) Cultural Use to the Development Plan, and (ii) The Fifth Amendment to Master Plan for Planned Development Area No. 87 (the “Master Plan”) seeks to add (a) Day Care Use and (b) Cultural Use to the Master Plan for Boston Landing.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members. Note: The public meeting for this project will immediately follow the IAG meeting and will take place at the same location.
