Description:

Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for 463 West Broadway LLC's proposal for a mixed-use development of an approximately 65,282 square foot building containing 44 condominium units with 48 garage parking spaces. The proposal includes six (6) IDP Units (affordable) and 13,500 square feet of commercial retail space.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

Although anyone is welcome to attend IAG meetings and listen to the discussion, the public meeting starting at 6:30 PM on December 11 at the Condon Community Center is the more appropriate forum for the broader public to provide feedback about the project.

At this time, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is continuing to host public meetings in a virtual setting for the health, safety, and accessibility of Boston residents. For more information and updates, visit bostonplans.org.
