Description:

The Michaels Organization proposes to construct a new residential complex at 40 Rugg Road in Allston which will be comprised of two new 6-story buildings totaling approximately 248,088 square feet that will contain 261 rental apartment units, ground floor retail space, residential amenities, and 46,350 square feet of an automated valet parking structure.
