Description:

The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) will recap and discuss public comments received in response to the proposed Request for Proposals’ (RFP) Development Guidelines that are posted on the BPDA website for public comment. These guidelines are slated to be part of an RFP to be issued for the P-12 site. P-12, located on Tremont Street between the Doubletree Hotel and a Tufts New England Medical Center parking garage, is in the Mid-Town Cultural Zoning District and South Cove Urban Renewal Area. The objective for P-12’s redevelopment is to create a dense, mixed-use infill development that prioritizes affordable housing and a vibrant streetscape environment at the ground level.

The public comment period on the Draft Development Guidelines will end on June 27, 2917 at 5 PM EST.
