Description:

Meeting to discuss the proposal laid out in the 1000 Boylston Street Project Notification Form ("PNF"), submitted on January 3, 2017, to construct two residential towers with approximately 689,000 square feet of residential space including approximately 182 rental units and approximately 160 condominiums, and with approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space above 303 parking spaces.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Citizens Advisory Group (CAC) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. CAC meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and CAC members.

Although anyone is welcome to attend CAC meetings and listen to the discussion, the public meeting on February 28 is the more appropriate forum for the broader public to provide feedback about the project.
