Northeastern University intends to renovate several floors within Columbus Place. These interior renovations will total approximately 38,000 SF and span several floors in the building. The building houses administrative offices as well as mail services and public safety. There will be no change of use or new gross floor area as a result of the project. Anticipated construction will begin in late Spring/early summer 2024.
