Project Description

The Notice of Project Change proposes to reduce the overall size of the Project to a single 6-story residential building containing 112 rental apartments, 20% of which will qualify as Inclusionary Housing Units in accordance with current City of Boston regulations. There is no substantive change proposed to the building footprint, proposed landscaping and proposed parking. The Originally Approve Project includes construction of two 7-story residential buildings in the rear of the Project Site, adjacent to the existing Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral. The buildings were approved to contain approximately 130,221 SF and include approximately 117 residential units. Additionally, the Project includes landscape features designed to solidify and reestablish the prominence of the existing cathedral in the neighborhood for future generations.
