This is a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed 1428 Dorchester Avenue project located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation by the developer followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed project consists of 23 new residential apartments, primarily market rate, including 17% affordable units to be provided pursuant to the requirements of Inclusionary Zoning, Article 79 of the Boston Zoning Code. The proposed project is located in the heart of the Fields Corner neighborhood within the
Dorchester Avenue corridor, making the approximately 7,747 square foot project site ideally suited for new residential development.
