Project Description
The proposed project consists of 23 new residential apartments, primarily market rate, including 17% affordable units to be provided pursuant to the requirements of Inclusionary Zoning, Article 79 of the Boston Zoning Code. The proposed project is located in the heart of the Fields Corner neighborhood within the Dorchester Avenue corridor, making the approximately 7,747 square foot project site ideally suited for new residential development. Architectural services are being provided by Context Workshop of Boston.
