Description:

The BPDA is hosting a virtual Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the 25-39 Harvard Avenue project located in Allston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF). The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the IAG. Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

The Proponent is proposing to redevelop approximately 48,973 square feet of land (approximately 1.12-acres) by demolishing the existing buildings and constructing a six (6)-story, mixed-use, building anticipated to include up to 170 rental units, approximately 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail/commercial space and up to 58 on-site parking spaces (the “Project”).
