Project Description
A letter of Intent has been filed for the proposed project at 25-39 Harvard Avenue. Eden Properties is proposing to redevelop the Project Site by demolishing the existing buildings and constructing a four (4) to six (6)-story, primarily residential, building anticipated to include approximately 170 rental apartment units, including income-restricted units in compliance with and exceeding the City of Boston’s Inclusionary Development Policy, together with accessory services and amenities, approximately 4,500 square feet of ground floor retail/commercial space fronting on Harvard Avenue, approximately 60 on-site parking spaces accessory to the residential apartment units, new open space, landscaping and other site and public realm improvements (collectively, the “Project”). The Proponent has begun and will continue to explore the possibility of the United States Postal Service re-opening an Allston branch within the ground floor retail/commercial space of the Project.
