Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

The BPDA is hosting a virtual Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting, open to the public, for the 125 Lincoln Street project. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Draft Project Impact Report (DPIR) filing for the project as well as appropriate mitigation. The meeting will include a presentation and discussion with the IAG followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
