Description: The BPDA is hosting an Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the Longwood Place (305 Brookline Avenue) proposal located in the Longwood Medical Area. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed Planned Development Area (PDA) Development Plan for the redevelopment of the site, which is the existing Simmons University Residential Campus. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and discussion from the IAG members, as well as comments from the general public, time permitting. Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members. This meeting contains important information relevant to the project mentioned above. Your participation is critical to understanding the impacts of this project on your community.
