The Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for consulting services for the development of the Downtown Waterfront Design & Use Guidelines (CBR 24752) (the “Project”). The BPDA is requesting proposals from consultants and/or consultant teams that have prior experience with architecture and design, landscape design; waterfront and land use planning; climate resiliency measures and related design solutions at the parcel and district scale; community engagement; and graphic design production. The project is not expected to exceed six (6) months.
