The Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the Allston/Brighton Mobility Study (the “Study”). The BPDA is requesting proposals from Consultants or Consultant Teams (“Consultants”) that have demonstrated excellence in multi-modal transportation planning, design, engineering, policy, and analysis. The resulting contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Consultant submitting the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration all evaluation criteria set forth in this RFP and the Fee Proposal. The duration of this resulting contract shall not exceed eighteen (18) months. The budget for the Study is $540,000.
