What is Development Review?

Construction Signage & Building Wraps

Every project that receives BPDA Board approval must install approved construction signage at project construction site(s) before and during project construction. The signage must be in the form of panels at highly visible locations at the construction site(s) or around the construction site perimeter and must be adjacent to each other. The BPDA will work with development teams to provide high-resolution graphics that must be printed at large scale (minimum 8 feet by 12 feet).

Graphic Requirements from Developer

  • Vector Logos (.ai or .eps) files for any and all logos that are being included in wrap
  • (1) A CAD, Outline drawing, or rendering of the building, must be 300dpi
  • (2) 300dpi images to be used on the two separate panels of the wrap
    • These images can anything from renderings, lifestyle shots, neighborhood photos etc.
  • (3) stats, (1) stat for each section of the "Live, Work, Connect" section. These sections have set themes but can be changed as needed to suit the project.

Installation Requirements

  • The BPDA will work with development teams to provide high resolution graphics for two (2) separate panels.
  • Both panels must be printed on vinyl, building wrap, construction fence windscreens, or hard signage and must be installed at project construction site(s) before and during project construction.
  • All panels must be installed at highly visible locations at the construction site(s) or around the construction site perimeter and must be adjacent to each other.
  • Each panel must be at least 8’ x 12’.
  • Developers must document and provide their BPDA project manager proof of panel installation in the form of site photographs.
