Project Description
On June 20th, 2018 the BPDA received a Notice of Project Change ("NPC") from JP Parcel U LLC (the "Proponent") with respect to Phase B of the Parcel U Project, located at 143 - 171 Hyde Park Avenue in Jamaica Plain. The Parcel U Project, which received approval from the BPDA Board in December 2014, is comprised of three phases - Phase A, B, and C. Both Phase A and Phase B are approved for the construction of twenty-four (24) units, including six (6) two-bedroom units and eighteen (18) three-bedroom units. Phase A is nearing completion, and as the Proponent moves closer to beginning Phase B they have proposed to change six (6) three-bedroom duplex units into six (6) one-bedroom units and six (6) two-bedroom units. Under the proposed changed, Phase B would consist of thirty (30) units, including six (6) one-bedroom units, twelve (12) two-bedroom units, and twelve (12) three-bedroom units. Three phased project that will include 48 condos and 76 rental units for a total of 124 units. Phase A is five buildings, comprised of 24 units. Building 1 of Phase A is completed (COO823939). Buildings 2,3,4,5 are under construction (ERT400006, ERT400012, ERT400003, ERT400004). Phase B is 30 units and under construction (ERT399993); Phase C is 78 units and under construction (ERT601141).
