Project Description
The project includes the demolition of the YMCA gymnasium fronting on St. Botolph Street and the construction of a new, 17-story building for the provision of 720 Northeastern dormitory beds. In March 2022, the BPDA voted to approve modifications to the interior to increase dorm beds to 930.
