New inpatient building (Franciscan children's hospital)

The IMPNF will propose a new seven (7) story clinical building situated in the southeast corner of the Franciscan Campus, which will house both in-patient and out-patient uses. The IMPNF will also reference ongoing and proposed campus improvement an d maintenance projects, which are below the threshold for the term of the IMP, which will expire in 2033. The Franciscan Clinical building will add approximately 229,000 new Sf to the Franciscan Campus
