Government Center Garage Redevelopment Plan (Bullfinch Crossing)

Phases 1 & 2 of Government Center Garage Redevelopment on the West Parcel consists of a residential building of 423 units at The Sudbury and an office building of approximately 1 million square feet at One Congress. Phase 3 of the Government Center Garage (Bullfinch Crossing) redevelopment project on the East Parcel will consist of one primary building containing 410,000 square feet of office, research laboratory, and retail uses.
