Project Description:
118 units of mixed-income housing, 150 parking spaces, 11,000sf of retail space, 2,000sf community space located in the front of the Church and a large green space core for the project and surrounding community.
The November 1, 2012 NPC calls for the rehabilitation of the Norbert School Building into approximately twenty-one (21) loft-style rental units within the restored building structure, including of-street parking for 17 vehicles.
