Conversion of three (3) adjoining buildings from business use to residential apartments in accordance with the Downtown Residential Conversion Incentive Pilot Program, combining them into one (1) singular building. The buildings include 85 Devonshire Street, 258 Washington Street, and 262 Washington Street.
