Project Description
The proponent is proposing changes to the existing mixed-use development located at 6-26 New Street (a.k.a. The Eddy). The proposed changes to the project consist of 1) the addition of an approximately 1,893-square foot canopy to the existing 4,900 square-foot restaurant located within the existing development, 2) increasing the existing dock space by approximately 1,550 square feet, and 3) relocating the Designated Port Area (DPA) access route on the Site. The approximately 23’ x 82’ canopy will be located between the waterside of the existing restaurant building and the raised deck. The new floats will accommodate up to nine (9) additional vessels. The DPA vehicle access route will be relocated from the area in front of the restaurant building to the passageway between the two residential buildings.
