Project Description
On November 19th, 2018 the BPDA received a Notice of Project Change ("NPC") from JDMD Owner, LLC (the "Proponent") relative to the 33 - 61 (45) Temple Street development project in Beacon Hill. The Proponent received approval from the BPDA Board on July 14th, 2016 for the redevelopment of the former Archer and Donahue buildings at 33 - 61 Temple Street into a seventy-one (71) unit residential condominium building, with approximately 5,745 square feet of amenity space, and up to fifty-four (54) parking spaces in a below-grade garage, and covered storage for a maximum of seventy-five (75) bicycles in the building. The NPC submitted by the Proponent to the BPDA on November 19th, 2018 proposes slight changes to the originally approved and adjusted Project as follows: (1) Changes to Number of Units - The Proponent proposes the Project to now include sixty-two (62) residential units as follows: fourteen (14) one-bedroom units, twenty-five (25) two-bedroom units, twenty (20) three-bedroom units, and three (3) four-bedroom units (2) Changes for Bicycle Storage - Whereas the Project as initially proposed had a separate room for bicycle storage, the Proponent now plans to place individual bicycle racks (each with a capacity of holding two bicycles) in residential units, and an additional thirteen (13) bicycle racks in a separate storage room
