119 Braintree Street

Braintree Street Realty, LLC (the “Proponent”) with Bracken Development LLC, proposes to redevelop 93-129 Braintree Street and 95 Everett Street in Allston by demolishing the existing on-site buildings and replacing them with: 1) a 12-story, approximately 385,700 square-foot lab/R&D/office building with ground floor retail/restaurant space on the north side of Braintree Street; 2) and a 7-story, approximately 86,400 sf 88-unit residential building on the east side of Everett Street.
