The 12 Channel Street Building (“12 Channel Street”) is owned by the EDIC and is located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park in the South Boston Waterfront District of Boston. The building is currently experiencing periodic roof leaks impacting the 9th floor and has water saturating approximately 18% of the roof insulation. The work under this contract will include construction services to perform an extensive repair of the roof of the 12 Channel building by replacing wet insulation and adding a new waterproof membrane across the entire roof, as well as installing OSHA compliant barrier protection.
