The BPDA is commencing a community dialogue around seven potential infill housing sites located in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area:
- Site 1: 7 Westminster Ave. & 9 Westminster Terrace
- Site 2: 11-13 Catawba Street
- Site 3: 14 Catawba Street
- Site 4: 0 & 4 Alpine Place, 52, 54, 56 & 58 Alpine Street
- Site 5: 68 Dale Street
- Site 6: 44 Maple Street
- Site 7: 48 Townsend Street
The sites offer an excellent opportunity for locally based builders, contractors and tradespeople to create neighborhood housing.
