These projects are as-of-right and do not seek zoning relief, but they require Design Review by the BRA due to the requirements of Article 50: Section 50-38.1.

The Developer has applied to the  Boston Inspectional Services Department (ISD) to erect a 3 story 2 family residence on a new lot. If you have any comments please submit them in writing to Kelly Sherman (Kelly.sherman@boston.gov) by October 26th, 2020. 

471 Dudley Street
The Developer has applied to the  Boston Inspectional Services Department (ISD) to update the front facade of the building.  If you have any comments please submit them in writing to Kelly Sherman (Kelly.sherman@boston.gov) by October 26th, 2020. 

28 Lawrence Street
The Developer has applied to the  Boston Inspectional Services Department (ISD) to change occupancy from a 3 family dwelling to a 2 family dwelling, as well as replace decks, and update windows, siding, and roofing,  If you have any comments please submit them in writing to Kelly Sherman (Kelly.sherman@boston.gov) by October 26th, 2020.
