Roslindale Neighborhood Design Review

Per Article 67, Section 28: Any Proposed Project, if visible from a public street or public open space, that proposes the erection of a new Building or the addition or expansion of an existing Building or Structure by more than seven hundred fifty (750) square feet or more of Gross Floor Area must undergo design review.

The developer will convert the existing structure into a two-unit property with each unit consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The project is located in a Two-Family Residential Zoning Subdistrict (2F-5000). The BPDA Urban Design staff is only reviewing the design of the proposed project to ensure that it is consistent with the architecture and character of the surrounding neighborhood. Comments regarding this project must be submitted in writing to jared.staley@boston.gov by April 16, 2021 at 5 PM.
