This notice informs you that the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) will review a project proposed in your neighborhood. The Inspectional Services Department (ISD) has determined that the project does not require zoning relief but does require BPDA Design Review. The BPDA Urban Design staff will only review the proposed project’s design to ensure consistency with the surrounding neighborhood’s architecture and character. You are receiving this letter because you live within 300 feet of the project site. The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services and the District City Councilor will also be notified.
The project address is 62 West Milton Street.
