In response to community advocacy, the BPDA released a Request for Proposals (RFP) to develop four affordable homeownership units at 104 Walter Street in Roslindale. On August 19, 2021, the BPDA awarded Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston tentative designation for the development of this parcel.
