The Boston Planning Department is hosting a virtual public meeting for the proposed 14-18 Hannon Street project located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
Project description was provided by the development team:
Construct a new 5-story residential building (the “New Building”) with a total of twenty-four (24) residential rental units (consisting of one-, two-, and three- bedroom units), six (6) off-street parking spaces, and twenty-four (24) bicycle spaces on two parcels known and numbered as 14-18 Hannon Street (the “Proposed Project”). The new building will consist of approximately 23,520 gross square feet, and will feature a shared mail room and bike storage room on the ground floor as well as a roof deck.
