Update To Zoning Article 68 and Map 4F - South Boston Neighborhood District

Overview:

The Planning Department proposes a text edit Section 68-24 of the Zoning Code, and an accompanying map edit to Zoning Map 4F for an area adjacent to the Reserved Channel in South Boston. The proposed zoning text and map amendments would make it possible for master planned developments to be proposed in this area, allowing greater flexibility on this site to create housing, improve public spaces, and shape the uses, character, and design of complex development proposals

Please note that this is a separate administrative process from the Article 80-D process for the Planned Development Area submitted for the Reserved Channel Development.
