The Planning Department is hosting a virtual Project Review Committee (PRC) Meeting for the proposed Bartlett Place Lot C project located in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the PRC.
The proposed development will construct a 4-story building containing 61 mixed-income homeownership units, of which 12 are affordable and 4 are dedicated to Artist Live/Work. The building will also feature a variety of residential amenities, including bike parking, lounge and gallery space for artist use, a dog washing room, mail room, private inner courtyard, and a below-grade parking garage with 51 spaces.
