This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposed project located at 393 Cambridge Street in the Allston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application filed August 11, 2025 and its potential impacts.
The following description has been provided by the proponent team: The proposed development will create a modern 96-room hotel on an approximately 8,220 square foot site located at 393 Cambridge Street currently occupied by a single-story concrete block building housing an auto parts retailer, with prominent commercial surface parking.
