The Boston Planning Department is hosting a virtual public meeting for the proposed 261 Maverick Street project located in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The following description was provided by the development team:
Erect addition to existing structures and change occupancy from office to retail and multifamily residential containing 24 units. Ground level to contain 2,700 square feet of retail, bike storage, building amenity and six (6) surface parking spaces. Building to be designed in accordance with Article 25A (Coastal Flood Resiliency Overlay District).
