Description:
The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the Updated Final Project Impact Report for the 990 American Legion Highway Project, located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the FPIR and the potential impacts of the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A from the members of the IAG, afterwards the Q&A will be open to the public if time allows.
Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with Boston Planning Department staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
