Beginning on July 1, 2025, Boston’s amended Zoning Article 37, Green Buildings and Net Zero Carbon standards will apply to projects submitting new Article 80 Small Project Review Applications, and Article 80B Project Notification Forms, and some Notice of Project Change filings.
To assist Project Teams and Professionals with these updates, the Planning Department's Article 37 Review Team will be holding virtual Office Hours on Mondays from 11:30a to 12:30p in July, August and September. Please drop by!
