Oxford Properties Group and Pappas Enterprises, Inc. will be hosting an in-person meeting to discuss the proposed Reserved Channel Development project. This meeting will be hosted at the Condon School, located at 200 D Street in South Boston.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide an overview of the project and discuss potential impacts and mitigation. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the Public. This meeting is the first in a series of four meetings to review the entirety of the proposed project. Later meetings will have more specific topics, including transportation infrastructure, resiliency, public realm and open space, and built form.  

Please note that this meeting's purpose is different from that of a traditional community meeting. While members of the BPDA and other agencies reviewing the project will be at the meeting, this is not a BPDA-hosted meeting. Additional BPDA-sponsored meetings will be held at later dates.
