The BPDA is hosting a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle project located at 50 Sutherland Road in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed project located at 50 Sutherland Road contemplates the addition of 16 assisted living units to the existing building, renovations to the first-floor dining and reception area, the addition of outdoor decks, and additional parking.
