The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 804 E. 7th Street project located in South Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Change (SPC). The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.
The SPC proposes the conversion of the existing 3-story building into a residential building with sixteen (16) residential units and sixteen (16) garage parking spaces.

The BPDA solicits comments from public agencies and the public. Written comments on the SPC must be received by the BPDA no later than January 10, 2024.
