The BPDA is hosting an Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the proposed 142-146 St. Mary’s Street project in Fenway. The meeting will include a presentation followed by a Q&A and comments from the IAG.
The Proposed Project will include the construction of a new approximately 91,000 gross square foot development, which will include six stories, 90 residential units, and parking.
Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and the IAG members.
