The BPDA is hosting a virtual public meeting for the proposed 156 Wellington Hill Avenue Project located in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an overview of the Project and discuss potential impacts and mitigation. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed development is a home ownership project, building on the existing structure at 156 Wellington Hill Street and 2 Greendale to result in a five (5) story, twenty-seven (27) unit mixed-use building, with a common roof deck and twelve (12) parking spaces, twenty-seven (27) tenant bicycle parking spaces, and retail space on the ground level.
