Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 1208C VFW Parkway project located in West Roxbury. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposal and Project Notification Form.  The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The Proponent proposes demolishing the existing commercial office structure and developing a five-story multi-family building of approximately 62,140 GSF. The building will contain 55 rental units with 8 IDP units. There will also be 55 surface parking spaces and 56 bicycle parking spaces.
