The BPDA is hosting a virtual Impact Advisory Group (“IAG”) Meeting for the proposed project at 150 Centre Street, located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an overview of the project and discuss the potential impacts and mitigation for the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the IAG.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

The proposed project seeks to develop a 4-story building totaling 68,400 square feet in gross floor area. The project proposes to include 74 units and 39 parking spaces. The proponent is committed to 45 units being made affordable at 30%, 60%, and 80% AMI.
