Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 1702 Hyde Park Avenue project located in Hyde Park. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The Proponent is proposing to construct a new four (4) story building with thirty-two (32) one (1) bedroom units and twelve (12) two (2) bedroom units. The project will also have forty-four (44) parking spaces and fifty (50) bicycle parking spaces.
