Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 735-745 River Street project located in Hyde Park. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The Proponent is proposing to construct a five (5) story, mixed-use building of approximately 49,900 square feet of gross floor area, including commercial space for the preexisting health clinic, up to 40 rental units, and up to 27 parking spaces.
