The BPDA is hosting a virtual Public Meeting meeting for the proposed Notice of Project Change (NPC) at 1000 Washington Street, a project located in the South End neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an overview of the project and discuss the potential impacts and mitigation for the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

B9 LS Harrison & Washington LLC is proposing the conversion of 1000 Washington Street from office to life sciences use (the NPC Project). Life science use generally comprises a combination of office, laboratory, and research and development uses. The NPC Project described in this 1000 Washington Street NPC is the second phase of BMR’s larger conversion to life science use of an approximately 1.915-acre site (the Project Site) in the South End neighborhood of Boston, which includes 321 Harrison Avenue.
