This is a meeting of the general public to review the proposed Notice of Project Change to the Residences at Readville Station project in Hyde Park, which is under Article 80B Large Project Review. Please note this is a Public Meeting. The meeting will begin with a presentation of the project by the development team, followed by a public Q&A.

Ad Meliora, LLC is proposing a Notice of Project Change to the original Residences at Readville Station project. The proposed redevelopment program consists of the construction of a total of approximately 273 residential units in two buildings providing all rental units, with accessory garage parking up to 273 vehicles and including 3,617 square feet of restaurant/retail space with other amenities and services for building residents.
