Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 361 Belgrade Avenue project located in Roslindale. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF). The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the public.

The proposed project will include approximately 124 residential units and garaged parking for up to 86 vehicles in a five (5) story building of varying height; new and expanded sidewalk connections, improved pedestrian and vehicular access, and overall site upgrades.
